God Still Heals
Morning Devotional: GOD STILL HEALS
Hebrews 13:8 (KJV)
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.”
Today's Reflection: The Healing Power of God Has Not Changed
There is something we must never forget: God is still in the healing business!
The same Jesus who opened blinded eyes, caused the lame to walk, cleansed the lepers, and raised the dead is the same Jesus we serve today.
His power has not diminished. His compassion has not changed. His Word has not lost its authority.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to sickness, pain, disappointment, and suffering that we begin to accept those things as permanent. We pray, but deep inside, we wonder whether God will actually move.
But I want to remind you today that your circumstances do not determine God's ability.
The woman with the issue of blood suffered for twelve years. She spent everything she had seeking help, yet her condition continued to worsen. But one encounter with Jesus changed her life.
Blind Bartimaeus refused to let the crowd silence his cry for mercy. He kept calling on Jesus until the Lord stopped and responded.
The man at the pool of Bethesda had been dealing with his condition for thirty-eight years. Yet Jesus spoke, and his situation changed.
What do these accounts teach us?
Never allow the length of your struggle to convince you that God has forgotten you.
Healing is not limited to the physical body. God can also bring healing to wounded emotions, troubled minds, broken relationships, grieving hearts, and damaged families.
Sometimes healing comes suddenly. Other times, it unfolds through a process of restoration, medical treatment, prayer, and renewed strength. We may not understand God's timing or why some battles continue, but we can remain confident in His love and faithfulness.
And remember, experiencing sickness does not mean you lack faith.
Our responsibility is to trust God, continue praying, receive the help and care we need, and never stop believing in His goodness.
God is still Jehovah Rapha — the Lord who heals!
Whatever you are facing today, do not surrender your hope.
Your diagnosis does not change who God is.
Your pain does not make you invisible to Him.
Your waiting does not mean He has abandoned you.
Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep standing on His Word.

Today's Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today recognizing that You are still the same God who heals, delivers, restores, and makes whole.
Father, we lift up every person who is struggling with sickness, chronic pain, disease, emotional wounds, depression, grief, or spiritual exhaustion.
Lord, stretch forth Your healing hand.
Where there is sickness, we ask for healing. Where there is pain, bring relief. Where there is fear, release Your peace. Where there is weakness, renew strength. Where there are broken hearts, pour out Your comfort and restoration.
Father, we pray for those who have been suffering for years and those who have recently received difficult medical reports. Give them courage, surround them with loving support, and guide those responsible for their care.
Strengthen their faith without allowing discouragement to overwhelm their hearts.
Lord, we also pray for healing within our families, marriages, relationships, churches, and communities.
Restore what has been wounded. Reconcile what has been divided. Renew what has grown weary.
Above all, help us remember that our hope rests not simply in receiving a miracle, but in knowing the One who holds our lives in His hands.
We trust Your power, Your wisdom, Your timing, and Your unfailing love.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray.
Amen!
Today's Declaration:
God is still my healer. His power has not changed, His promises remain true, and His love never fails. I will continue to pray, trust, and walk by faith, knowing that my life is in His hands.
Remember: God Still Heals. God Still Restores. God Still Delivers.
Nothing Broken. Nothing Missing.
