Today’s Theme: God Will Give You What You Need for Today
2 Corinthians 12:9 — “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”
Sometimes we spend today’s strength worrying about tomorrow’s problems.
We think about what still needs to happen, what has not changed, what we are waiting on, and how everything is going to work out. Before long, we are carrying responsibilities God never asked us to carry all at once.
But God gives us grace for today.
When Israel traveled through the wilderness, God provided manna one day at a time. He was teaching His people something greater than how to gather food—He was teaching them daily dependence.
God is still teaching us the same lesson.
You may not have everything figured out this morning. You may not know exactly how the next opportunity will come, where the provision will come from, or how a difficult situation will be resolved.
But you do not have to know everything.
You simply need to know Who is walking with you today.
God’s grace is sufficient for the assignment in front of you.
His wisdom is sufficient for the decision you have to make.
His strength is sufficient for the responsibility you are carrying.
His provision is sufficient for the need before you.
And His peace is sufficient to keep your heart steady while you are waiting.
Jesus taught us not to become consumed with tomorrow because tomorrow will have its own concerns. God wants us to trust Him one day, one decision, and one step at a time.
So this morning, release tomorrow.
Release the things you cannot control.
Release the unanswered questions.
Then ask God:
“Father, what do You want me to accomplish today?”
There is grace for that.
There is strength for that.
There is wisdom for that.
And there is provision for that.
You do not have to carry the whole journey this morning.
Walk with God today. Tomorrow, He will still be there.

Morning Prayer
Father, thank You for another day and for the grace You have already provided for everything I will face today.
Thank You that I do not have to understand tomorrow before I can trust You today.
Help me release every burden, fear, unanswered question, and responsibility that I have been carrying outside of Your will.
Give me wisdom for every decision, strength for every assignment, patience while I wait, and discernment to recognize the doors You are opening.
Teach me to depend upon You daily.
When I feel weak, remind me that Your strength is made perfect in weakness. When I feel uncertain, remind me that You already know the way. When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that Your grace is sufficient.
Order my steps today.
Guide my conversations.
Direct my decisions.
Protect my family.
Bless the work of my hands.
And allow my life to reflect Jesus everywhere I go.
I receive Your grace for today, Your strength for today, Your peace for today, and Your provision for today.
Nothing broken. Nothing missing.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
